Knight will be one of the familiar faces for Team USA in Sochi after helping the Americans take silver at the 2010 Games. The forward recorded one goal and seven assists in five games in Vancouver as the U.S. ultimately fell to Canada in the gold-medal match. Knight has competed at multiple levels internationally, scoring 68 goals and adding 56 assists in 107 games for the U.S. since 2006. She also had a stellar college career for Wisconsin, leading the team with 60 points as a senior in 2011-12 - a season that culminated with her second national title in Madison. One year earlier, Knight led the nation with 47 goals, was named a first-team All-American and was one of 10 finalists for the Patty Kazmaier Award as the NCAA's top women's player. As a sophomore, she scored an NCAA-best 45 times and was a first-team All-American while leading the Badgers to the national title. Knight became the first American-born player to win the Women's Canadian Hockey League's MVP while guiding the Boston Blades to the Clarkson Cup as league champions in 2012-13.
