- Career Highlights: Guderzo returns for her second Olympics after winning bronze in the 2008 road race, although it seems as if her best days may now be behind her. Following her trip to the podium in Beijing, she went on to take gold at the 2009 world championships, but has steadily regressed since. The Italian cyclist was unseated by countrywoman Giorgia Bronzini one year later at the worlds, where she finished 24th, before dropping all the way down to 108th in 2011.
