Career Highlights: Le Corguille began riding BMX bikes in 1991, culminating in a silver medal in the event at the Beijing Games four years ago. Since then, she won a pair of World Cups in 2009 and '10, the latter despite suffering a serious fall during qualification for the last race of the season. The Frenchwoman suffered bruised ribs and a broken finger and was forced to sit out the finals. Because of the injury, she's participated in a limited number of events since. However, she took first in the European championships in May, following that with a 17th-place finish at the worlds later that same month.
