Predators scratch D Hal Gill for Game 3 vs Wings
DETROIT (AP) The Nashville Predators scratched defenseman Hal Gill from the lineup in Game 3 against the Detroit Red Wings.
Gill was out for a third straight game on Sunday because of a lower body injury. He hasn't played since blocking a shot on April 5 against Dallas.
Detroit defenseman Ian White was healthy enough to play after injuring his left in Game 2.
The Predators made some changes for the first game in Detroit. They replaced forward Matt Halischuk with Jordin Tootoo and played defenseman Ryan Ellis in place of Jack Hillen.
