|Injuries allowed Lima to get some playing time last season for his Spanish league team, Unicaja Malaga, but he might need another year or so before he'll get minutes for an NBA squad. The Brazilian power forward is still working on his game, and that might lead most teams to wait until the 2012 draft to take him. After having surgery for a broken bone in his left foot in 2010 and dealing with a bout of the measles in the preseason, he averaged just 1.6 points and 0.9 rebounds in five league games for Unicaja. He did a little better in seven Euroleague contests - 2.9 points and 3.1 rebounds per game - before being transferred to CB Granada. Lima was allowed to play more minutes with that struggling team and averaged 8.0 points and 5.5 rebounds. He will likely need to build on that solid performance to warrant a selection in next year's draft, but some team could perhaps take a chance on him this year based on his potential. Fairly long and athletic, Lima doesn't have much of a post-up game and is not yet a reliable shooter.
