Jazz ready to give Parker 'a hard foul or two'

By PAUL J. WEBER
SAN ANTONIO (AP) Add facing the new NBA Coach of the Year to the obstacles the Utah Jazz are up against.
San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich took home that hardware Tuesday after a 50-win season that included three double-digit winning streaks. The Spurs will carry their latest one into Game 2 against the Jazz on Wednesday night, when they'll go for their 12th win in a row and a 2-0 series lead.
Jazz coach Tyrone Corbin says forward Josh Howard will remain in the starting lineup despite going scoreless in 16 minutes in Game 1. But more important for Utah is stopping Tony Parker.
Jazz point guard Devin Harris says Parker might get "a hard foul or two" in Game 2 after the All-Star scored 28 in the playoff opener.
