Casspi was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center complaining of stomach pain Saturday. The Cavs say he was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and had surgery. Analysis: Casspi was kept overnight and will be re-evaluated Sunday. The Cavaliers beat the Magic 118-94 on Saturday without Casspi, a role player who averages 4.0 points and 2.2 rebounds per game. Casspi is in his second season with the Cavs after spending two seasons with Sacramento. |
