Analysis: The contracts of Warrick and Alexander both expire at the end of the season, potentially freeing up space for the Bulls to bid for marquee free agents in the offseason. Alexander, whom the Bucks took with the No. 8 overall pick in the 2008 draft, has struggled to make the jump to the NBA and currently is playing for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA Development League.
|Nov. 2 11:42 AM PT12:42 PM MT1:42 PM CT2:42 PM ET7:42 PM GMT3:42 AM 北京时间-Bucks general manager John Hammond also said Monday he's decided not to pick up a $2.76 million option on Alexander's first NBA contract.
Analysis: Alexander, a standout at West Virginia, was the eighth overall pick of the 2008 draft and Hammond's first pick as general manager after replacing Larry Harris. Alexander, however, has been a bust after appearing in just 59 games off the bench his rookie season. He averaged 4.7 points and 1.9 rebounds last year and opened this season on the inactive list after re-aggravating a right hamstring strain. The injury will keep him out of play for at least eight weeks.

Analysis: Alexander averaged 4.7 points and 1.9 rebounds in 59 games during his rookie season last year.
