Rose pulled down four rebounds and had two assists, accumulating a plus-minus of -14 in his 31:15 of playing time. Rose went 1 of 3 from behind the arc.
Analysis: Rose didn't have great shot selection in his Cavs debut but still showed some explosiveness. He's adjusting to a new team so it will likely take some time before his all-around game rounds into form.

Rose, a former league MVP who has battled knee injuries, will get a one-year contract at the veteran's minimum of $2.1 million, said the person who spoke Monday to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the team has not announce the agreement.
Analysis: Rose played for the Knicks last season and averaged 18 points and 4.4 assists. The 28-year-old's role with the Cavs is still to be determined. He could be used as a backup or start depending on what the team does with All-Star Kyrie Irving, who recently asked for a trade.

Analysis: Rose averaged 18 points in 64 games last season with the Knicks, but would likely back up Rookie of the Year Malcolm Brogdon with the Bucks.
