Analysis: The former Ron Artest is set to embark on a 17th NBA season after the Lakers waived forwards Yi Jianlian and Anthony Brown on Monday. Los Angeles re-signed World Peace to a non-guaranteed one-year deal in September after he averaged 5.0 points in 35 games with the club last season.
