Red Sox P Rich Hill likely out at least a month
MIAMI (AP) Boston Red Sox reliever Rich Hill's latest elbow problem has been diagnosed as a strained flexor muscle, and he's expected to be sidelined for at least a month.
Hill, a left-hander who had Tommy John surgery on the elbow a year ago, went on the 15-day disabled list Sunday and was examined by a doctor Monday.
Hill (1-0) has made 17 relief appearances this season and has an ERA of 2.63 ERA over 13 2-3 innings.
