Rangers' Hamilton leaves game with head cold

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) Texas Rangers center fielder Josh Hamilton has left Friday night's game against the Toronto Blue Jays in the seventh inning with a head cold.
Hamilton hit his 19th home run, which tops the major leagues, leading off the second inning to snap an 11-game drought without a homer.
Hamilton ran the bases and scored in the sixth inning before he was removed in favor of Craig Gentry.
