"We definitely don't want to burn Matt Andriese, who can give us some length, and then be delayed because of the weather," Rays manager Kevin Cash said.
Analysis: Geltz is typically a reliever but also started and pitched the first two innings in an NL park against the Miami Marlins on April 10.

Analysis: The Rays said Geltz became the first pitcher since records were first available in 1914 to pitch more than one inning and strike out every batter he faced on opening day.
