Analysis: Negron played every outfield position in the minors. He batted .212 with five homers and 15 stolen bases at Louisville. Stubbs pulled a muscle in his left side on a swing during an 8-4 loss to Pittsburgh on Tuesday night. He was examined on Wednesday. Manager Dusty Baker said the center fielder will be sidelined for a few days. |
