Corbin (7-0), who turned in his club-record ninth straight start where he's pitched at least six innings and allowed two runs or fewer, also joined Randy Johnson as the only lefties in team history to begin the season 7-0.

Analysis: The young left-hander also became the first Diamondbacks pitcher to start 6-0 since Brandon Webb won nine straight decisions in 2008. Johnson won his first six starts in 2001 and went 7-0 in 2000, putting Corbin in the same company as a five-time Cy Young Award winner.
