Analysis: D'Arnaud was batting sixth Saturday night against San Diego. The Mets put catcher John Buck on the paternity list. D'Arnaud was the key player the Mets received from Toronto in the offseason trade for NL Cy Young winner R.A. Dickey. The 24-year-old d'Arnaud was hitting .304 with two home runs and 12 RBIs in 19 games.
