Analysis: De La Rosa (4-4, 3.53 ERA) is 4-1 with a 1.87 ERA in his last six appearances, including five starts. He yielded one run in 7 1/3 innings in a 5-1 win against Colorado on May 10.

Analysis: De La Rosa (4-4, 3.93 ERA) gave up one run in 7 1/3 innings while bouncing back from his only loss in his last five appearances. The Arizona right-hander gave up four runs in 5 2/3 innings in a 4-3 defeat in Miami on May 4 after going 3-0 with 0.64 ERA in his previous three games.

Analysis: The Diamondbacks' right-hander picked up the pace between pitches and tossed a gem, striking out a career-high 10 and allowing two hits over seven innings as Arizona beat the St. Louis Cardinals 3-0. De La Rosa had been shaky this year and was sent to the bullpen to make up for innings lost from short starts, but he turned in his second straight strong start.
