Analysis: Reddick, who hasn't felt pain in his strained right oblique muscle for some time, played a pair of games for Class-A Stockton but had hoped to return Saturday. He had to wait an extra day and says "it still eats under my skin a little bit." He started and batted eighth for the series finale. Manager Bob Melvin expects to move Reddick up in the order once he gets a rhythm with his swing. He went 1 for 7 on his rehab assignment.
