Analysis: Porcello (2-2, 5.92 ERA) allowed one run and five hits in 5 2-3 innings with six strikeouts and a walk. He's 2-0 with a 3.24 ERA in four starts since giving up nine runs in two-thirds of an inning April 20 against the Los Angeles Angels.

Analysis: Porcello still didn't get the win so he stays at 1-2, though his ERA improved to a still-unsightly 7.52.
Apr. 28 1:37 PM PT2:37 PM MT3:37 PM CT4:37 PM ET16:37 ET20:37 GMT4:37 CST1:37 PM MST3:37 PM EST4:07 PM VEN0:37 UAE (+1)3:37 PM CT-Last weekend, Porcello allowed nine runs and was pulled before the end of the first inning, but he bounced back nicely Saturday, holding the Atlanta Braves mostly in check in the Tigers' 7-4 victory.
Analysis: Porcello (1-2) allowed three runs in 6 1-3 innings. He was convinced his previous start at Los Angeles wasn't as bad as it looked - but this was an important showing for the 24-year-old who wasn't assured of a spot in Detroit's rotation until he won a job in spring training.

Analysis: Porcello was 10-12 with a 4.59 ERA in 31 starts for the AL champions last season. He is 3-1 with a 3.00 ERA in six spring training appearances.
