Analysis: The 29-year-old right-hander was 0-2 with a 3.43 ERA in 36 relief appearances for the Texas Rangers last year, when he didn't pitch in the major leagues from June 25 to Aug. 10 because of a strained muscle in his right side. He will compete for a job in a crowded bullpen as the high-spending Dodgers try to make the playoffs for the first time since 2009. |
