Analysis: The veteran infielder strained his right hamstring while running out a grounder during Tuesday's win over the Cardinals. Drew had taken over as Washington's starting shortstop in place of Trea Turner, who injured his hamstring over the weekend and is also on the DL.

Analysis: Drew got a second straight start at shortstop in place of Trea Turner, who was hurt Saturday and placed on the 10-day DL. Drew had been 1 for 11 before his breakout performance Monday and is just a .252 career hitter, so be careful about picking him up and expecting anything real big while Turner is out.
