The Cubs announced the moves before Saturday's game against Washington. Analysis: Lopez made 16 starts and 26 appearances for Chicago last season, going 6-6 with a 4.42 ERA. He agreed to a minor-league deal in the winter and is expected to work out of the bullpen. |
