Analysis: Rodriguez bought the 54,000-square-foot piece of waterfront land for $7.4 million in 2010. Using his own construction company, Newport Property Construction, he spent another $7.6 million building a nearly-20,000-square-foot mansion.

Analysis: The fourth overall pick in the 2012 draft, Gausman allowed four runs and seven hits in five innings. The right-hander walked two and struck out five. He is the youngest starter in the AL at 22 years and 137 days. "He's got a great arm,'' Toronto manager John Gibbons said. "He pitched with good composure. He looks like he belongs out there. For a debut he did a heck of a job."
