AP Pro32 comments about Steelers

NEW YORK (AP) Comments on the Pittsburgh Steelers by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):

Chris Berman (ESPN, 7) - Even Steelers fell under Tebow's spell.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 11) - David DeCastro's injury not good news for offensive line. Even with Mike Wallace's return, so much of team's fate rides on Roethlisberger.

Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 8) - New offensive coordinator and rebuilt offensive line.

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 9) - Worried about OL and running game but Mike Tomlin will find a way.

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 6) - Ben Roethlisberger-Todd Haley relationship one to watch, especially as Stillers patch together offense without substantial running game until Rashard Mendenhall's return. Stillers' defense worth watching, too.

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 11) - Ben Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown and Mike Wallace will be difficult trio to contain.

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 8) - Much depends on Haley/Roethlisberger relationship, but history tells us when Steelers miss out on division title almost always bounce back.

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 6) - Yes, they are getting a little creaky on defense, but Ben Roethlisberger is 80-33 and you simply can't run on these guys.

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 5) - Will be balance on offense, which doesn't mean 60% run, but Steelers will make teams defend run and then beat them with play action. There are health issues at linebacker but this team overcomes problems every year. During my camp tour stop with the Steelers they were already blitzing on nearly every down and Dick LeBeau is not going to let a few linebacker injuries curtail the rush.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 6) - More change than normal for always-steady Steelers, but they are typically there at end and 2012 should be no different. Look to have adapted to Todd Haley's offense, but concerns abound with injuries to O-line.

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 16) - All of injuries Steelers were forced to deal with during the preseason could lead to a slower-than-usual start.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 6) - Losing Dave DeCastro was blow for Steelers, but they've dealt with offensive line injuries well in past.
