Bears sign CB Ware, waive K Teggart

BOURBONNAIS, Ill. (AP) The Chicago Bears signed cornerback Jeremy Ware on Saturday and waived kicker David Teggart.

The 5-foot-10, 181-pound Ware appeared in eight games for Oakland in 2010 after being drafted by the Raiders in the seventh round. He had one tackle and one interception, and was waived after training camp in 2011.

Teggart was an undrafted free agent out of Connecticut.
