Falcons sign fifth-round pick Jonathan Massaquoi
ATLANTA (AP) The Atlanta Falcons have signed defensive end Jonathan Massaquoi, a fifth-round pick from Troy.
The Falcons have signed each of their six draft picks.
Massaquoi (6-3, 264) is expected to boost the Falcons' pass rush after getting 19 1/2 sacks in 25 games for Troy. He led the Sun Belt Conference with 13 1/2 sacks in 2010.
Massaquoi participated in the Falcons' rookie mini-camp and the start of their OTAs while the contract was being finalized.
The Falcons' OTAs continue through June 15. Their first mini-camp for the full squad is set for June 19.
