Baldwin, Albert missing from Chiefs practice

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) Wide receiver Jonathan Baldwin was absent from Chiefs practice Friday because of an illness, and offensive tackle Brandon Albert missed the workout because of a personal matter.

Chiefs coach Romeo Crennel said both are expected back next week.

Crennel said Baldwin was dealing with a migraine Thursday and went to the doctor Friday, rather than take part in Kansas City's organized team activities. He's been getting extra time with the starters because Dwayne Bowe, the team's franchise player, has been absent.

Kansas City has had several players miss practice time. Jamaal Charles, Eric Berry, Tony Moeaki, Kendrick Perkins and Brandon Siler are among those who have sat out during contact periods while they work their way back from injuries.
