Steelers draft SMU guard Kelvin Beachum
PITTSBURGH (AP) The Pittsburgh Steelers continued to stockpile offensive linemen, selecting SMU guard Kelvin Beachum with their final pick in the NFL Draft.
The Steelers took Beachum with the 248th overall pick in the draft.
The 6-foot-2, 306-pound Beachum was a two-time first team All-Conference USA with the Mustangs. Beachum is the third lineman taken by the Steelers in the draft, following first-round pick David DeCastro and second-round pick Mike Adams.
