Raiders use final pick on LB Nathan Stupar
ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) The Oakland Raiders used their final pick of the NFL draft on Penn State linebacker Nathan Stupar.
The Raiders took Stupar with 230th overall pick Saturday. Oakland acquired that pick from Detroit earlier in the day after moving down 10 spots in the fifth round.
Stupar started sparingly at Penn State but is projected as a special teams contributor.
The Raiders previously took San Diego State linebacker Miles Burris with a compensatory pick at the end of the fourth round; Penn State defensive end Jack Crawford and Arizona receiver Juvon Criner in the fifth round; and Georgia State defensive lineman Christo Bilukidi in the sixth round.
