He becomes the 12th Carolina player to be placed on injured reserve this season. Analysis: Martin, a four-year veteran, was a two-year starter for the Panthers before losing his starting job to free agent pickup Haruki Nakamura in training camp. Martin played in 12 games in a reserve role and finished the season with 23 tackles and one forced fumble. |
