Rick E. Smith confirmed in an e-mail that his client had agreed to the deal Thursday morning. Chandler announced the news himself by posting it on his Twitter account. Analysis: Chandler had 38 catches for 389 yards and tied a single-season franchise record with six touchdowns last season. He becomes the second key offensive player retained by the Bills before free agency opens next week. Buffalo re-signed leading receiver Stevie Johnson on Monday. |
