Analysis: Hall passed his physical and was allowed to join the rest of the team in practice Friday afternoon. The team will limit his plays in a row at the outset, but Hall says there are no other restrictions. Hall is the Bengals' best cornerback. He was hurt last Nov. 13 in a game against Pittsburgh.

Coach Marvin Lewis said on Tuesday that Hall has "exceeded expectations by far" in his recovery.
Analysis: Hall will be limited to working on the side during the Bengals' three-day minicamp that opened on Tuesday. He said he's running forward and backward without a problem. Hall tore his left Achilles tendon on Nov. 13, leaving questions about whether he'd be ready for the start of the 2012 season.
