|Mar. 7 2:12 PM PT3:12 PM MT4:12 PM CT5:12 PM ET-According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Byrd was arrested early Sunday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence in Los Angeles. Byrd, who played college ball at USC, was a third-round pick of the Rams in 2006.
Analysis: Byrd played in five games with two receptions and a touchdown last season. Byrd is also facing charges for assault and armed criminal action stemming from a Dec. 4 fight outside a St. Louis club.

Analysis: Byrd, 23, played in just five games in 2006, his rookie season with the Rams. He caught two passes for 39 yards and one touchdown. Byrd was a third-round pick out of Southern California in the April 2006 draft.
