The type of procedure Williams underwent wasn't immediately known.
Analysis: Williams missed the Oct. 23 game against the Patriots due to his injury. He returned for last Sunday's game against the Ravens but carried the ball just once. Williams opened the season with rushing outputs of 143 and 94 yards while filling in for the suspended Le'Veon Bell. But since the beginning of October, Williams has just 18 yards on nine rushing attempts.
Sep. 25, 20166:15 PM PT7:15 PM MT8:15 PM CT9:15 PM ET1:15 GMT9:15 AM 北京时间6:15 PM MST8:15 PM EST8:15 PM CT5:15 UAE (+1)21:15 ET0:15 - Williams was held to 21 yards on eight rushes Sunday in the loss to Philadelphia.
Analysis: This was a major step back for Williams, who was never really able to get going because the Steelers struggled all day. With Le'Veon Bell back soon, Williams will still be a part of Pittsburgh's plans but obviously not as promiment.
Sep. 18, 20161:55 PM PT2:55 PM MT3:55 PM CT4:55 PM ET20:55 GMT4:55 AM 北京时间1:55 PM MST3:55 PM EST3:55 PM CT0:55 UAE (+1)16:55 ET19:55 - Williams had another strong fantasy game with 94 yards rushing and 38 receiving with a TD on Sunday.
Analysis: Williams has three total TDs in two games, but Le'Veon Bell is about to return so it's uncertain what Williams' fantasy value will be going forward.
Sep. 12, 20166:50 PM PT7:50 PM MT8:50 PM CT9:50 PM ET1:50 GMT9:50 AM 北京时间6:50 PM MST8:50 PM EST8:50 PM CT5:50 UAE (+1)21:50 ET0:50 - Williams helped the Steelers roll past Washington in Monday's opener with a monster night. The veteran back rushed for 143 yards and two touchdowns on 26 carries and added six catches for 28 yards.
Analysis: Williams is a must-use whenever Le'Veon Bell is out of the lineup, which will be the case for two more games as Bell continues to serve a suspension. In the 10 games Bell missed last season due to suspension or injury, Williams scored 11 TDs and averaged over 80 yards on the ground.
