Analysis: Officers responding to a report of a crash early Friday followed a fluid trail to a grocery store parking lot where they found the 33-year-old's car with fresh damage. Police Sgt. Ben Hoster says Suggs wasn't impaired and told officers he possibly fell asleep before the crash. Hoster says Suggs was arrested and booked on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended license. He has been released.
