Analysis: The procedure on his non-throwing shoulder should have him healthy prior to offseason workouts commencing in April. Siemian suffered the injury in early October and missed a Oct. 9 start against the Atlanta Falcons due to the ailment.
|Jan. 1, 20176:00 PM PT7:00 PM MT8:00 PM CT9:00 PM ET2:00 GMT10:00 AM 北京时间7:00 PM MST9:00 PM EST8:00 PM CT6:00 UAE (+1)21:00 ETNaN: - Trevor Siemian was 17 of 27 for 206 yards and threw two touchdown passes Sunday in the Denver Broncos' 24-6 win over the Oakland Raiders. He threw one interception, didn't fumble and was not sacked.
Analysis: Siemian didn't have an awful first season as a starter, throwing for 3,401 yards with 18 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Yet, those numbers are far from exceptional, so it certainly appears the starting job is Paxton Lynch's to win in the offseason.
|Dec. 28, 201612:01 PM PT1:01 PM MT2:01 PM CT3:01 PM ET20:01 GMT4:01 AM 北京时间1:01 PM MST3:01 PM EST2:01 PM CT0:01 UAE (+1)15:01 ETNaN: - The Broncos will play both of their young quarterbacks in their season finale against the Raiders.
Analysis: With the defending Super Bowl champs eliminated from playoff contention, coach Gary Kubiak contemplated having rookie Paxton Lynch make his third start. But he said Siemian deserves the start and Lynch will also get some playing time.
|Dec. 25, 20168:50 PM PT9:50 PM MT10:50 PM CT11:50 PM ET4:50 GMT12:50 AM 北京时间9:50 PM MST11:50 PM EST10:50 PM CT8:50 UAE23:50 ETNaN: - Siemian was 17 of 43 for 183 yards and didn't throw a touchdown pass Sunday in the Denver Broncos' 33-10 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. He threw one interception, didn't fumble and was not sacked.
Analysis: Even if Siemian is Denver's starter in 2017, he will be nothing more than a backup or emergency starter in fantasy circles.
|Dec. 18, 20164:57 PM PT5:57 PM MT6:57 PM CT7:57 PM ET0:57 GMT8:57 AM 北京时间5:57 PM MST7:57 PM EST6:57 PM CT4:57 UAE (+1)19:57 ETNaN: - Trevor Siemian was 25 of 40 for 282 yards and didn't throw a touchdown pass Sunday in the Denver Broncos' 16-3 loss to the New England Patriots. He threw one interception, didn't fumble and was sacked four times. Siemian added four rushing yards on one carry.
Analysis: Siemian started off on fire - throwing for 112 yards in the first quarter - but cooled off considerably as the game went on and couldn't even generate a first down in the third quarter. He threw a very costly pick and failed to throw a touchdown for the first time since Oct. 30.
|Dec. 11, 20161:05 PM PT2:05 PM MT3:05 PM CT4:05 PM ET21:05 GMT5:05 AM 北京时间2:05 PM MST4:05 PM EST3:05 PM CT1:05 UAE (+1)16:05 ETNaN: - Siemian was 35 of 51 for 334 yards and threw one touchdown pass Sunday in the Denver Broncos' 13-10 loss to the Tennessee Titans. He did not throw an interception, didn't fumble and was sacked three times.
Analysis: Siemian has thrown for a combined 702 yards with four touchdowns and no picks in his last two starts.
|Dec. 2, 201611:04 AM PT12:04 PM MT1:04 PM CT2:04 PM ET19:04 GMT3:04 AM 北京时间12:04 PM MST2:04 PM EST1:04 PM CT23:04 UAE14:04 ETNaN: - According to a report, Siemian will start Week 14 against the Titans. He had been questionable on Friday's injury report, leaving his availability uncertain for Sunday's game.
Analysis: Siemian is recovering from a foot injury.
|Nov. 30, 201612:12 PM PT1:12 PM MT2:12 PM CT3:12 PM ET20:12 GMT4:12 AM 北京时间1:12 PM MST3:12 PM EST2:12 PM CT0:12 UAE (+1)15:12 ETNaN: - Siemian was absent from Thursday's practice, raising concerns about his availability for this weekend's road game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Analysis: Rookie Paxton Lynch would draw his second start of the season in place of the 24-year-old Siemian, who sustained a sprained left foot in the first possession of overtime in Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
|Nov. 28, 20169:13 PM PT10:13 PM MT11:13 PM CT12:13 AM ET5:13 GMT1:13 PM 北京时间10:13 PM MST12:13 AM EST11:13 PM CT9:13 UAE0:13 ETNaN: - Trevor Siemian was 20 of 34 for a career-high 368 yards and threw three touchdown passes Sunday in the Denver Broncos' 30-27 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. He did not throw an interception, didn't fumble and was sacked five times. Siemian added 23 rushing yards on five carries.
Analysis: The Broncos have been forced to air it out more in recent weeks and Siemian has been up to the task, as he's averaged 303 passing yards and thrown for seven touchdowns over the last three games. Expect Denver to implement a more run-heavy game plan in next week's trip to Jacksonville, though, making Siemian more of a QB2.
|Nov. 13, 20163:52 PM PT4:52 PM MT5:52 PM CT6:52 PM ET23:52 GMT7:52 AM 北京时间4:52 PM MST6:52 PM EST5:52 PM CT3:52 UAE (+1)18:52 ETNaN: - Siemian completed 25 of 40 passes for 258 yards and displayed a lot of toughness in the face of a heavy Saints' pass rush during Sunday's 25-23 win. Siemian was sacked six times and hit hard several other times while trying to throw.
Analysis: He threw two TD passes for the second straight week but his two interceptions led to 10 points for New Orleans. Siemian has thrown four INTs in his past three games.
|Nov. 6, 20168:27 PM PT9:27 PM MT10:27 PM CT11:27 PM ET4:27 GMT12:27 AM 北京时间9:27 PM MST11:27 PM EST10:27 PM CT8:27 UAE23:27 ETNaN: - Siemian looked shaky at times for Denver but did throw two touchdown passes, completing 18 of 37 overall for 283 yards in a 30-20 loss to the Raiders.
Analysis: Siemian could have a decent fantasy day in Week 10 at New Orleans. He's been considerably better on the road than at home.
|Oct. 24, 20168:16 PM PT9:16 PM MT10:16 PM CT11:16 PM ET3:16 GMT11:16 AM 北京时间8:16 PM MST10:16 PM EST10:16 PM CT7:16 UAE (+1)23:16 ETNaN: - Siemian did enough in Monday's 27-9 win over Houston, outplaying former Bronco Brock Osweiler by a wide margin. Siemian was 14 of 25 for 157 yards and a touchdown in improving to 5-1 as a starter.
Analysis: Siemian threw 50 passes in his previous game, but relied more on the run game and let Denver's vaunted defense do most of the work Monday. He faces the Chargers for the second time in three games next week.
|Oct. 10, 20167:32 AM PT8:32 AM MT9:32 AM CT10:32 AM ET14:32 GMT10:32 PM 北京时间7:32 AM MST9:32 AM EST9:32 AM CT18:32 UAE10:32 ET13:32 - Siemian returned for the Broncos Thursday night after missing last week's loss with a left shoulder injury. He had a dreadful first half in the 21-13 loss to the Chargers, but was much better late in the game to finish 30 of 50 for 230 yards with a touchdown.
Analysis: Siemian's final stat line isn't indicative of how poorly he played. The majority of his pass attempts were short dump offsm as he rarely threw downfield with an injury to his non-throwing shoulder perhaps still an issue. It was by far his least effective full game of the season.
|Oct. 2, 20161:47 PM PT2:47 PM MT3:47 PM CT4:47 PM ET20:47 GMT4:47 AM 北京时间1:47 PM MST3:47 PM EST3:47 PM CT0:47 UAE (+1)16:47 ET19:47 - Denver coach Gary Kubiak wanted to see Siemian throw again Saturday to make sure he's healthy enough to play again after leaving last weekend's game with a bruised left (non-throwing) shoulder. It must not have gone well as reports have Paxton Lynch set to start Sunday.
Analysis: Siemian was knocked from the game when he was spun to the turf on a sack last weekend and Lynch played well in relief, helping the Broncos beat the Buccaneers 27-7. Siemian is inactive this week.
|Sep. 25, 20161:10 PM PT2:10 PM MT3:10 PM CT4:10 PM ET20:10 GMT4:10 AM 北京时间1:10 PM MST3:10 PM EST3:10 PM CT0:10 UAE (+1)16:10 ET19:10 - Siemian threw a career-high four touchdown passes in his first road start and was nearly perfect under fourth-quarter pressure on Sunday, rallying the Denver Broncos to a 29-17 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.
Analysis: Siemian went 23 of 35 for 312 yards and a passer rating of 132.1. He had just one TD and three picks in his first two games but is completing 67 percent of his passes. Denver is on the road again next Sunday, facing a Tampa Bay team that entered Week 3 28th in pass defense.
|Sep. 18, 20166:28 PM PT7:28 PM MT8:28 PM CT9:28 PM ET1:28 GMT9:28 AM 北京时间6:28 PM MST8:28 PM EST8:28 PM CT5:28 UAE (+1)21:28 ET0:28 - Siemian was an efficient 22 of 33 for 266 yards with no touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 34-20 win over Indianapolis.
Analysis: Just as they did in Siemian's debut, the Broncos leaned heavily on their defense and running game in this one. Though the second-year pro has done a serviceable job in his two starts, he remains a low-end fantasy option.
|Sep. 8, 20168:58 PM PT9:58 PM MT10:58 PM CT11:58 PM ET3:58 GMT11:58 AM 北京时间8:58 PM MST10:58 PM EST10:58 PM CT7:58 UAE (+1)23:58 ET2:58 - In his first career start, Siemian went 18 for 26 with a touchdown and two interceptions.
Analysis: Siemian was solid enough to help the Broncos to victory, but he is nothing more than a backup/emergency QB in standard fantasy formats. In two QB leagues, he's also probably a backup at the moment.
|Aug. 29, 20167:55 AM PT8:55 AM MT9:55 AM CT10:55 AM ET14:55 GMT10:55 PM 北京时间7:55 AM MST9:55 AM EST9:55 AM CT18:55 UAE10:55 ET13:55 - Coach Gary Kubiak told the team Monday that Siemian will be the starting quarterback when the Broncos face Carolina in the season opener Sept. 8.
Analysis: Siemian has just one NFL snap on his resume, a kneel-down when he was the No. 3 QB last year behind Manning and Brock Osweiler. He's 27 of 43 for 285 yards with one TD and two interceptions in the preseason.
|Aug. 22, 20162:30 PM PT3:30 PM MT4:30 PM CT5:30 PM ET21:30 GMT5:30 AM 北京时间2:30 PM MST4:30 PM EST4:30 PM CT1:30 UAE (+1)17:30 ET20:30 - Coach Gary Kubiak named Siemian the starter for the Broncos' third preseason game over Mark Sanchez and said he will decide next week who will be under center against Carolina for the season opener on Sept. 8. Kubiak said Siemian, Sanchez and rookie Paxton Lynch will play an equal amount Saturday against the Rams.
Analysis: In Saturday's 31-24 loss to San Francisco, Siemian was 10 of 14 for 75 yards but threw an interception that was picked off by Ed Reid and returned 42 yards for a touchdown.
|Aug. 11, 20167:05 PM PT8:05 PM MT9:05 PM CT10:05 PM ET2:05 GMT10:05 AM 北京时间7:05 PM MST9:05 PM EST9:05 PM CT6:05 UAE (+1)22:05 ET1:05 - Mark Sanchez made a strong opening argument for the Denver Broncos' starting quarterback job, throwing for 99 yards and a touchdown in the first quarter, and the defending Super Bowl champions beat the Chicago Bears 22-0 in the preseason opener on Thursday night. Sanchez came through with just the sort of performance he needed if he's going to beat out Trevor Siemian.
Analysis: As for Siemian, the former Northwestern star looked comfortable throwing short passes and was 7 of 12 for 88 yards in the second quarter.
|Aug. 8, 20168:01 AM PT9:01 AM MT10:01 AM CT11:01 AM ET15:01 GMT11:01 PM 北京时间8:01 AM MST10:01 AM EST10:01 AM CT19:01 UAE11:01 ET14:01 - Broncos coach Gary Kubiak announced that Mark Sanchez will start Thursday's preseason opener at Chicago, but that both he and Siemian will play a quarter.
Analysis: The Broncos surprisingly listed Siemian, a seventh-round draft choice last season who's yet to take a snap in an NFL game, alongside the veteran Sanchez atop the team's depth chart released Monday. Sanchez, the favorite to start Week 1, is expected to play the first quarter of Thursday's contest with Siemian slated to work the second.
