Analysis: Kinne played three seasons at Tulsa and signed as a rookie free agent with the New York Jets last year before being released in June. He played briefly in the UFL and Arena Football league. He was coached by Eagles offensive quality control coach Press Taylor. Kinne is the second quarterback signed by Philadelphia this offseason. The team also signed Dennis Dixon off Baltimore's practice squad. |
