Analysis: Ganaway, expected to back up Shonn Greene and Joe McKnight in the Jets' backfield, was taken with the 202nd overall pick - one spot before New York also took his former Baylor teammate, offensive lineman Robert T. Griffin. Ganaway set Baylor's single-season school records with 1,547 yards rushing and 21 touchdowns rushing last year as a senior. He could see time with the Jets as a short-yardage and goal-line back. |
