Analysis: The move comes three months after the Colts waived Saunders after he was suspended eight games by the league for violating the league's performance-enhancing drug policy. He has six career receptions for 44 yards and one touchdown in 27 career games. Last season with Indy, Saunders caught two passes for 15 yards.

Analysis: Saunders signed with the Colts last October and played in 11 games (four starts), making two receptions for 15 yards. He served a four-game suspension for violating the same policy earlier in 2012 while with the Steelers, who subsequently released him.
