Analysis: "Obviously, it's still not 100 percent, but seeing the ball come out of my hand in a throwing motion was good," the 2015 NFL MVP said in an interview posted on the Panthers' website. Newton is progressing as scheduled and should be close to full strength by the time training camp opens on July 26.
