Analysis: Neal was suspended March 13 after testing positive for the prescription drug Adderall. He'd been prescribed the drug, used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and narcolepsy, by a doctor and didn't realize it was on the NFL's banned substance list.

Analysis: In a statement, the NFL says Neal will be eligible to return to the Packers' active roster on the day after the team's fourth regular-season game of the 2012 season. Neal is eligible to participate in all offseason and preseason practices and games.
