|Dec. 7, 2017 8:12 PM PT9:12 PM MT10:12 PM CT11:12 PM ET4:12 GMT12:12 9:12 PM MST11:12 PM EST10:12 PM CT8:12 UAE23:12 ETNaN: - Matt Ryan was 15 of 27 for 221 yards and threw one touchdown pass Thursday in the Atlanta Falcons' 20-17 win over the New Orleans Saints. He threw three interceptions, didn't fumble and was sacked one time.
Analysis: Though able to rally the Falcons in the fourth quarter, Ryan also put his team in a hole with the three picks - two of which were poor decisions trying to force the ball to Julio Jones. Arguably the best fantasy quarterback last season, the reigning NFL MVP has played more like a QB2 lately by averaging a mediocre 224.2 passing yards over the past five weeks and managing just two TDs in his last three games.
|Dec. 3, 2017 1:18 PM PT2:18 PM MT3:18 PM CT4:18 PM ET21:18 GMT5:18 2:18 PM MST4:18 PM EST3:18 PM CT1:18 UAE (+1)16:18 ETNaN: - Matt Ryan was 16 of 29 for 173 yards and didn't throw a touchdown pass Sunday in the Atlanta Falcons' 14-9 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. He did not throw an interception, didn't fumble and was not sacked. Ryan added one rushing yard on one carry.
Analysis: This was an ugly and inaccurate day for Ryan, and it may wind up costing the Falcons a playoff spot.
|Nov. 26, 2017 1:24 PM PT2:24 PM MT3:24 PM CT4:24 PM ET21:24 GMT5:24 2:24 PM MST4:24 PM EST3:24 PM CT1:24 UAE (+1)16:24 ETNaN: - Matt Ryan was 26 of 35 for 317 yards and threw one touchdown pass Sunday in the Atlanta Falcons' 34-20 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He did not throw an interception, didn't fumble and was not sacked. Ryan added one rushing yard on one carry.
Analysis: After a slow start to the season, Ryan appears to be recapturing some of last year's magic. He's thrown for 1,527 yards with 10 touchdowns and only two interceptions in his last six games.
|Nov. 20, 2017 8:48 PM PT9:48 PM MT10:48 PM CT11:48 PM ET4:48 GMT12:48 9:48 PM MST11:48 PM EST10:48 PM CT8:48 UAE23:48 ETNaN: - Matt Ryan was 19 of 27 for 195 yards and threw two touchdown passes Monday in the Atlanta Falcons' 34-31 win over the Seattle Seahawks. He did not throw an interception, didn't fumble and was sacked one time. Ryan added 12 rushing yards on three carries.
Analysis: The yardage total was a season low, but Ryan did throw for two scores for a fourth straight week and has a touchdown pass in each of Atlanta's 10 games. The reigning league MVP has done enough to remain a viable fantasy starter; he's just not the elite one he was in 2016.
|Nov. 12, 2017 4:09 PM PT5:09 PM MT6:09 PM CT7:09 PM ET0:09 GMT8:09 5:09 PM MST7:09 PM EST6:09 PM CT4:09 UAE (+1)19:09 ETNaN: - Matt Ryan was 22 of 29 for 215 yards and threw two touchdown passes Sunday in the Atlanta Falcons' 27-7 win over the Dallas Cowboys. He threw one interception, didn't fumble and was sacked one time.
Analysis: Ryan overcame a slow start to produce both of his TD passes in the second half, though the 215 yards stand as a season low. The reigning NFL MVP has now thrown for two scores in three straight games after generating one in five of the Falcons' first six contests, so he could be primed for a rebound after a slightly disappointing first half.
|Nov. 5, 2017 12:55 PM PT1:55 PM MT2:55 PM CT3:55 PM ET20:55 GMT4:55 1:55 PM MST3:55 PM EST2:55 PM CT0:55 UAE (+1)15:55 ETNaN: - Matt Ryan was 24 of 38 for 313 yards and threw two touchdown passes Sunday in the Atlanta Falcons' 20-17 loss to the Carolina Panthers. He threw one interception, didn't fumble and was sacked two times.
Analysis: Ryan threw for his second highest yardage total of the season. He's racked up 800 yards with five touchdowns and one interception in his last three games.
|Oct. 29, 2017 2:14 PM PT3:14 PM MT4:14 PM CT5:14 PM ET21:14 GMT5:14 2:14 PM MST4:14 PM EST3:14 PM CT1:14 UAE (+1)17:14 ETNaN: - Matt Ryan was 18 of 29 for 254 yards and threw two touchdown passes Sunday in the Atlanta Falcons' 25-20 win over the New York Jets. He did not throw an interception, fumbled twice and was sacked one time. Ryan added 17 rushing yards on six carries.
Analysis: The soggy conditions in New Jersey played a big role in his four fumbles, but at least he wasn't picked off. This was just the second time in seven games he had more than one TD pass, and it came in a comeback victory - maybe the right combo for Ryan to finally turn back into a fantasy superstar.
|Oct. 22, 2017 7:53 PM PT8:53 PM MT9:53 PM CT10:53 PM ET2:53 GMT10:53 7:53 PM MST9:53 PM EST9:53 PM CT6:53 UAE (+1)22:53 ETNaN: - Matt Ryan was 23 of 33 for 233 yards and threw one touchdown pass Sunday in the Atlanta Falcons' 23-7 loss to the New England Patriots. He did not throw an interception, didn't fumble and was sacked one time. Ryan added 37 rushing yards on three carries.
Analysis: The zero turnovers were a plus after Ryan threw six interceptions over his previous three outings, but he's now thrown for just one TD in five of Atlanta's six games and topped 300 yards only once. It's become obvious that the reigning NFL MVP won't match last season's 4,944 passing yards and 38 touchdowns, and he's verging farther into QB2 territory with every passing week.
|Oct. 15, 2017 2:16 PM PT3:16 PM MT4:16 PM CT5:16 PM ET21:16 GMT5:16 2:16 PM MST4:16 PM EST4:16 PM CT1:16 UAE (+1)17:16 ETNaN: - Matt Ryan was 24 of 35 for 248 yards and threw one touchdown pass Sunday in the Atlanta Falcons' 20-17 loss to the Miami Dolphins. He threw one interception, didn't fumble and was sacked two times.
Analysis: Ryan had a nice first half against the Dolphins as the Falcons built a 17-0 lead at the break but passed for just 97 yards with an interception in the final two quarters. On the season, he has five picks and a 72.6 rating in the second half compared to one INT and a 99.7 rating in the first half.
|Oct. 1, 2017 1:41 PM PT2:41 PM MT3:41 PM CT4:41 PM ET20:41 GMT4:41 1:41 PM MST3:41 PM EST3:41 PM CT0:41 UAE (+1)16:41 ETNaN: - Matt Ryan was 24 of 42 for 242 yards and threw one touchdown pass Sunday in the Atlanta Falcons' 23-17 loss to the Buffalo Bills. He threw two interceptions, fumbled once and was sacked one time. Ryan added eight rushing yards on one carry.
Analysis: That's five interceptions in the last two games for Ryan, who only had seven total in his MVP season of 2016.
|Sep. 24, 2017 3:10 PM PT4:10 PM MT5:10 PM CT6:10 PM ET22:10 GMT6:10 3:10 PM MST5:10 PM EST5:10 PM CT2:10 UAE (+1)18:10 ETNaN: - Matt Ryan was 24 of 35 for 294 yards and threw two touchdown passes Sunday in the Atlanta Falcons' 30-26 win over the Detroit Lions. He threw three interceptions, didn't fumble and was sacked two times.
Analysis: Ryan had a solid day other than his three interceptions, his first game with at least three since Nov. 22, 2015, against Indianapolis. Including playoffs, he had gone nine straight games without throwing a pick. Even with those three INTs, Ryan still did enough to get the Falcons a win, their ninth in the last 10 games with that lone defeat coming in the Super Bowl.
|Sep. 17, 2017 8:33 PM PT9:33 PM MT10:33 PM CT11:33 PM ET3:33 GMT11:33 8:33 PM MST10:33 PM EST10:33 PM CT7:33 UAE (+1)23:33 ETNaN: - Matt Ryan was 19 of 28 for 252 yards and threw one touchdown pass Sunday in the Atlanta Falcons' 34-23 win over the Green Bay Packers. He did not throw an interception, didn't fumble and was sacked three times. Ryan added eight rushing yards on one carry.
Analysis: Ryan was 13 of 20 for 201 yards in the first half, connecting with seven receivers. He played well, though he doesn't possess huge fantasy numbers with two TDs through two games.
|Sep. 10, 2017 6:33 PM PT7:33 PM MT8:33 PM CT9:33 PM ET1:33 GMT9:33 6:33 PM MST8:33 PM EST8:33 PM CT5:33 UAE (+1)21:33 ETNaN: - Ryan completed 21 of 30 passes for 321 yards and three touchdowns without an interception to help the Falcons to Sunday's 23-17 Week 1 victory at Chicago. He added 11 rushing yards on three attempts.
Analysis: Ryan began the follow-up to his MVP campaign with a customarily sharp performance in a tune-up for next weekend's marquee matchup with Green Bay, the first meeting between the teams since the 2016 NFC Championship. Atlanta's franchise QB threw for 392 yards and four touchdowns in that game.
|Aug. 20, 2017 8:47 PM PT9:47 PM MT10:47 PM CT11:47 PM ET3:47 GMT11:47 8:47 PM MST10:47 PM EST10:47 PM CT7:47 UAE (+1)23:47 ETNaN: - Ryan completed 4 of 6 passes for 57 yards while engineering a touchdown drive on his lone series during Sunday's preseason game at Pittsburgh.
Analysis: The 2016 NFL MVP looks to be in regular-season form already. In two drives so far this preseason, Ryan is 6 of 8 for 88 yards and a touchdown.
|Feb. 5, 2017 7:19 PM PT8:19 PM MT9:19 PM CT10:19 PM ET3:19 GMT11:19 8:19 PM MST10:19 PM EST9:19 PM CT7:19 UAE (+1)22:19 ETNaN: - Ryan completed 17 of 23 passes for 284 yards with two touchdowns in the Super Bowl.
Analysis: Ryan looked like he was going to add Super Bowl MVP to his resume until the Patriots mounted a furious comeback to steal the victory from the Falcons. He'll be a top pick in fantasy leagues next season.
