Justin Herbert gives Ducks some continuity amid new faces

As a soon-to-be senior, Oregon quarterback Justin Herbert knows this about spring football: It's a process and it's rarely smooth.

"We've just got to keep climbing. Definitely we've made a lot of mistakes this spring. But we're learning from them and that's what it's all about," he said. "So we'll get better and get ready for fall."

Some thought Herbert might skip his final year with the Ducks but he announced his intention to return before the team's 7-6 victory over Michigan State in the Redbox Bowl to cap last season.
