Columbia seeks higher step in 2017

(STATS) - Columbia will seek continued improvement under third-year coach Al Bagnoli during a 10-game 2017 schedule which was announced Wednesday.

The Lions finished 3-7 last season, including 2-5 in the Ivy League.

Columbia will play half of its schedule at home at Lawrence A. Wien Stadium, beginning with the season opener against Wagner on Sept. 16. The Lions also will host Georgetown (Sept. 23) in a non-league game and Penn (Oct. 14), Harvard (Nov. 4) and Brown (Nov. 18) in Ivy action.
