Loyola of Chicago-Wichita St. Preview

(AP) -- As Wichita State deals with an issue off the court, it will try to continue dominating on it.

The No. 12 Shockers can record a 30th straight Missouri Valley Conference victory by defeating one of the few teams to give them any trouble lately as Loyola of Chicago visits Koch Arena on Wednesday night.

Wichita State (18-2, 8-0) hasn't dealt with many negative distractions while going 53-3 since the start of last season, but learned that transfer guard Conner Frankamp was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of DUI. Frankamp, a high school standout in Wichita, began his college career by averaging 2.5 points in 27 games for Kansas last season.
