Howard paid visit by VP Harris in 1st NCAA tourney since '92 | |
DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) The first appearance for Howard University in the NCAA Tournament since 1992 included a visit by one of the school's most prominent alums. Vice President Kamala Harris watched Howard's 96-68 first-round loss to Kansas from a suite at Wells Fargo Arena on Thursday afternoon and met with the team afterward.
