ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) Trey Burke's father says the Michigan star has still not decided whether to leave school early for the NBA.

Amid reports that Burke is expected to turn pro, his father Benji said in a text message to The Associated Press on Wednesday that there has been "no decision" yet.

Burke is weighing his options after a superb freshman season. He averaged a team-high 14.8 points per game and looked comfortable from the start against Big Ten competition. The 5-foot-11 Burke took over at point guard after Darius Morris left early for the NBA following the 2010-11 campaign.

Michigan tied for the Big Ten title last season, but the Wolverines already have to replace senior starters Zack Novak and Stu Douglass, and sophomore Evan Smotrycz is transferring.
