RICHMOND, Ky. (AP) Nick Mayo had 25 points and 9 rebounds and JacQuess Hobbs added 16 points as Eastern Kentucky came back to beat Southeast Missouri State 91-88 on Thursday night.

There were six ties and 13 lead changes. Hobbs and Dujuanta Weaver made five free throws in the final seconds to close out the game for the Colonels (11-19, 5-12 Ohio Valley Conference), who swept the season series.

The Redhawks (14-16, 8-9) led 41-26 with 5:31 remaining in the first half, shooting 16 of 22 from the field and 8 of 10 from downtown at that point. Eastern Kentucky then went on a 20-5 run capped by a Dillon Avare 3-pointer to tie it at 46 all less than a minute into the second half.

With Southeast Missouri State up by two with 5:08 left, the Colonels went on a 9-0 run, forcing four Redhawks turnovers. Ledarrius Brewer hit two 3-pointers in the last 25 seconds to bring the Redhawks within one and two, respectively, but Hobbs' and Weaver's work at the foul line saved the game.
