STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) Kannon Burrage scored 22 points and Sei Paye hit a running 3-pointer at the buzzer to lift Texas-San Antonio to a 78-77 victory against Oral Roberts in the opening round of the NIT Season Tip-Off on Tuesday night.

The Roadrunners (2-0) rallied from a 15-point halftime deficit to lead by eight with less than 4 minutes to play, then let Oral Roberts storm back to take the lead.

Dominique Morrison hit a jumper from the right baseline to put the Golden Eagles (0-2) up 76-75 with 31.2 seconds left. Warren Niles missed a pair of free throws and Steven Roundtree made only one of two after getting fouled on the offensive rebound for Oral Roberts with 4.6 seconds left.

That opened the door for Paye to hit the game-winner.

Roundtree finished with 22 points, Niles scored 20 and Morrison had 17 for Oral Roberts.
